A Regretful Notice to All of our Loyal Pasadena Customers

We Lost Our Lease!

After a year of requesting terms on a new lease the landlords decided to wait until the eleventh hour to inform us they were making it financially unaffordable to remain in our Pasadena location.

Moving to a new location on such short notice would be cost prohibitive, and difficult to recover from.

Our Last Day of business at our Pasadena location will be December 17th, 2004.

We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause, but we are determined to continue servicing the area in the following ways:

• All phone calls will be forwarded to our new call center in our Costa Mesa store-Designed with you, the Customer, in mind (see below).
• We will continue to improve our web site, which is already set up for buying online.

In order to continue serving our "on account" customers we will strive to provide timely delivery of orders from our Costa Mesa store.

After December 10, 2004:

• The phone number 626-793-1195, and the FAX number 626-449-4116 will be forwarded to our Costa Mesa call center.
• The 800-649-5122 phone number will also be forwarded to the same call center.

After December 17, 2004:

• The doors will be closed for business, so that we can be moved out by December 31st, 2004.

The Vaccher brothers, D.J., Paul, and Vince, thank you for your long time support of MarVac and the old Dow store. We will look for the opportunity that this change brings, and will continue to service our loyal customer base as best we can.
