Effective November 15, 2004, the ownership and operation of MarVac Electronics at 4747 Holt Boulevard in Montclair, California will be taken over by R-Vac Electronics. Robert Vaccher will be closing his store, R-Vac Electronics in El-Toro, California, and concurrently opening R-Vac Electronics at 4747 Holt Boulevard in Montclair, California. MarVac Electronics will continue to operate its other five locations in California: Costa Mesa, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Oxnard, and Santa Barbara.

Although D.J., Paul, and Vince - owners of MarVac Electronics - are first cousins of Robert Vaccher, their businesses are completely separate corporations. For that reason, all invoices billed for shipments to 4747 Holt Blvd prior to 11/12/2004 will be the responsibility of MarVac Electronics, and those shipments billed after 11/12/2004 will be the responsibility of R-Vac Electronics.

MarVac Invoices should be mailed to: 2001 Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa, CA. 92627

R-Vac invoices should be mailed to: 4747 Holt Blvd., Montclair, CA. 91763.

MarVac and R-Vac see this as mutually beneficial for both companies and will work closely to ensure that the transition is a smooth one for both our customers and vendors.
